Since 1974, Charles Dupree has served clients in Tennessee State courts as well as United States federal trial courts, courts of appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, DC.
He has practiced trial law and has extensive experience in a wide variety of criminal defense cases, civil rights cases, and defending verdicts in appellate courts.
While Charles Dupree primarily represents people charged with criminal misconduct, his firm also helps those who have had their rights violated by policing agencies and governments.
He has, for years, represented individuals and companies with aviation, licensing, and other airplane issues. He works closely with the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) as a panel attorney for its members.
